Philip H. Thomas is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Transactional and Real Estate Departments. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions.

He represents a broad range of clients, including institutional lenders, hotel owners and operators, and commercial landlords and tenants, and has experience in most aspects of real estate ownership, development and leasing, representing both U.S. and foreign clients. Mr. Thomas has handled matters involving financings on behalf of lenders and borrowers, acquisitions and dispositions for partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, new construction and renovations, leasing for landlords and tenants, and ongoing management issues. These transactions have involved hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, retail stores, rental apartment complexes, co-operative apartment corporations, condominium developments and industrial properties. Mr. Thomas also has extensive experience in other commercial matters including trademark licensing.
