Robinson Brog Defeats Motion to Dismiss Mechanic's Lien
Robinson Brog attorneys Roger Raimond and Michael A. Eisenberg recently prevailed in the Supreme Court, Kings County, in opposing a summary judgment motion by a construction project owner. The owner sought dismissal of a mechanic's lien filed by Robinson Brog's client, an architect, as willfully exaggerated. The Hon. Carolyn E. Demarest, in a rare bench ruling, adopted the Firm's arguments that the motion was premature and lacked merit, and denied the motion.
