Zachary Blumenthal is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactional and Capital Markets Departments. Mr. Blumenthal’s practice also includes advising clients in matters relating to ESOPs, Entertainment and Media Services, Litigation & ADR, and Real Estate. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law (now known as the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University). In law school, Mr. Blumenthal was an Editor for the Journal of International Business & Law and authored a published Student Note entitled, The Punishment of All Athletes: The Need for a New World Anti-Doping Code in Sports, 9 J. Int’l Bus. & L. 201 (Spring 2010). He was also a member of the Moot Court Board for the school’s Moot Court Association. Further, Mr. Blumenthal served as Secretary for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Blumenthal received his B.A. in History from Binghamton University, where he was on the Dean’s List and President of the fraternity Tau Epsilon Phi. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
