Rudi Julius is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Employment Practices Departments. Her practice focuses on federal and state court commercial and civil litigations, including business disputes, labor and employment matters, class and shareholder derivative actions, and stock fraud and manipulation cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Julius was an associate at Labaton Sucharow where she represented institutional investors, businesses and consumers in complex class actions against a number of the world’s largest companies involving alleged price-fixing, benchmark and commodities manipulation, pay-for delay, and other anticompetitive practices. Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Ms. Julius was an associate at Winston & Strawn where she practiced a wide range of complex commercial litigation including class action, sports, antitrust and white collar criminal defense. Ms. Julius earned her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School and her B.A. degree from Boston College. While studying at Cornell Law School, she was a General Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen Wells Roby in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Louisiana. She has also completed pro bono work on behalf of the Innocence Project and the American Constitution Society for Law & Policy.
