Chris Rogers is an associate in the Firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Transactional Departments. He represents clients in various securities and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for an affiliate of General Electric Company on financial transaction matters.
Chris received his law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he was the recipient of a full-tuition academic scholarship. While in law school, he served as a law clerk at a boutique corporate law firm representing high net-worth individuals and closely held business entities with respect to a variety of corporate law matters.
Prior to law school, Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Law and Society. While at NYU, he served for four years as an America Reads/America Counts tutor in a public elementary school on New York City’s Lower East Side. He was also a member of the NYU Lawyer Alumni Mentoring program (“LAMP”).
