David Abramovitz is Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Construction & Development Departments.
Mr. Abramovitz brings 25 years of experience counseling owners, developers, design professionals and contractors in construction risk management, litigation and contract negotiations for a wide range of construction projects, and has represented and counseled some of the most prestigious and forward-thinking firms in the industry in negotiations and before trial and appellate courts and ADR tribunals throughout the United States. David also has a broad array of experience representing clients in real estate and commercial transactions and litigation, including operating and partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, financing and commercial leases, condominium and cooperative law and related disputes. He has written and lectured frequently before industry groups and in continuing legal education courses on issues relevant to the development, design and construction industries.
David is a graduate of Yale University and the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
