Stephen Boonshoft is a partner in the Firm practicing primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His practice consists of acquisitions, financing, leasing and development for clients engaged in various aspects of real estate, including developers, landlords, tenants and property managers. He also represents sponsors in the preparation of offering plans as well as cooperative corporations and condominiums in those matters customarily encountered by their Boards, including shareholder and management issues, mortgage financing, leasing and construction matters. He is also engaged in real estate litigation for clients and represents a variety of private commercial entities in transactional and corporate matters.
