Our Attorneys

Shari J. Fagen is a partner in the Firm's Corporate Department.  Her practice focuses on the representation of health care providers and hospital practice groups in health care, insurance and managed care issues. Her practice includes both transactional and regulatory work.  

As a member of the Corporate Department, Ms. Fagen also has experience on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, financing, licensing and intellectual property registration and protection.  

Ms. Fagen graduated from Cornell University in 1989 and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1992.  She is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey. 

She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, America Bar Association and Association of the Bar of the City of New York .
