Russell W. Rosen joined the firm as a partner in July, 2008. His practice focuses on a broad range of complex commercial, real estate, partnership, corporate and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in advising and representing domestic and foreign entities in business affairs and negotiating and structuring transactions of all kinds.

Mr. Rosen received his LL.M. Degree from New York University in 1972, his J.D. Degree from Union University (Albany Law School) in 1968, and his B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1964.

Mr. Rosen is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Distrcit Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Rosen is a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.
