Our Attorneys

Michael Korn is an associate with the Firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Korn primarily focuses his practice on business/commercial litigation in both New York state courts and federal courts involving commercial contract disputes, business torts, and Uniform Commercial Code violations. He also regularly engages in bankruptcy, construction, and matrimonial litigation, as well as arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Korn was an associate with Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford, P.C. and Kucker & Bruh, L.L.P., where he worked on a broad range of civil litigation, including commercial, real estate, insurance coverage, and professional liability litigation, and gained necessary and valuable litigation skills. In addition, upon graduation from law school, Mr. Korn completed a year long judicial clerkship with the Honorable Carol R. Edmead, Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County. During his time with Justice Edmead, Mr. Korn was repeatedly called upon to prepare the Court's initial draft of numerous motion decisions concerning issues of New York civil procedure and substantive contract and tort law.

Mr. Korn is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., 2002, cum laude) and The American University, Washington College of Law (J.D., 2005), where he was a member of the American University International Law Review. Mr. Korn is admitted as a member in good standing in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
