Mr. Bernstein is the chairman of the Firm's Corporate Department. He has over forty years experience with respect to a broad range of business law and real estate matters. Mr. Bernstein served as a lieutenant in the United States Army in 1963 and 1964 and currently acts as the Deputy Mayor of the Incorporated Village of Roslyn, New York. He holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University (1959) and an L.L.B. degree from Harvard Law School (1962).
