Lori A. Schwartz is a partner in the Firm's Bankruptcy Department.  Ms. Schwartz's practice focuses on Chapter 11 reorganizations representing debtors, trustees, committees, landlords, lenders, secured creditors and other interested parties in a variety of industries.  Ms. Schwartz has been involved in the confirmation of complex plans of reorganization for numerous companies in the Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York  

Ms. Schwartz received her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College in 1991 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1997.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York .  She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
