Mr. Rich is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Department, and works on a wide range of state and federal matters, including general and complex commercial litigation and labor and employment. As part of his practice, Mr. Rich is also experienced and proficient in the area of electronic discovery. His previous work experience includes the Legal Bureau of the New York Police Department and the legal department of Hearst Argyle Television, Inc. He has a B.A. from Cornell University and received his J.D. from New York Law School.
