Henry E. Forcier is of Counsel in the Firm's Corporate and Tax Departments. Mr. Forcier's practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private securities offerings and venture capital financing, limited liability company and shareholders agreements, cable and satellite television affiliation agreements and other media content distribution arrangements, intellectual property licensing and executive employment arrangements.
Mr. Forcier's clients include private equity and venture capital firms, media companies, entertainment and television content providers, life sciences companies, apparel and textile manufacturers, technology-based businesses serving the financial services industry and physician practice groups.
Mr. Forcier received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is a graduate of Providence College. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
