Ms. Ennis counsels and litigates on behalf of clients in such diverse industries including government contractors, manufacturing, healthcare, industrial products and automobile franchisees. Ms. Ennis has represented clients in federal and state court, arbitration and before administrative proceedings covering a broad range of employment issues including wage and hour class disputes, FLSA collective actions, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, non-competes/non-solicitations, age, race, disability, pregnancy, sex discrimination and harassment.

Ms. Ennis's practice also includes complex commercial litigation in a variety of substantive areas including consumer fraud class actions, securities, construction and disputes arising from corporate and partnership dissolutions.

In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Ennis counsels employers and individuals in a variety of employment-related issues, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, employee terminations, non-competes and the drafting of employment and separation agreements and general employment policies and procedures.
