Brenda B. Natarajan is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters.
Ms. Natarajan received a B.B.A. in Accounting in 2000, summa cum laude, from Pace University. She received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005. During law school, Ms. Natarajan served as staff member of The First Amendment Law Review, as an Executive Committee Member of the Entrepreneurial Law Association, and as an extern for United States District Court Magistrate Judge Dixon. Ms. Natarajan is admitted in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Ms. Natarajan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
