Adam Greene is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy and Corporate Departments.

Mr. Greene represents parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, asset purchasers from distressed companies, investors in distressed debt, out-of-court restructuring, and lending institutions providing debtor-in-possession financing. In his corporate practice Mr. Greene represents clients in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Greene graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Business and received his JD degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Greene is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
